Guidelines

Once the confirmation of the booking has gone through, you will receive an email with the necessary information about your booking.

If you have booked one of the cabins, you are obliged to read and follow the regulations for Faråsen Tretoppgård. The regulations will be available in the cabins. Cleaning of a cabin of 399, - is mandatory for everyone who is renting. In addition, you can choose to get bed linen and towels for 99, - per person. But if you want, you can bring your own and not have to pay this amount. This is decided when you book the cabins (Here you have to tick to get bedding). If you forget to do so, you can contact us via email where we can change the order.

Cancellation and change of booking

If you have to cancel a booking, you must contact us by email so that we can cancel the booking for you. You do not have the opportunity to cancel yourself.

• If canceled more than 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, less an administration fee of 599, -.
• In case of cancellations from 3 weeks (21 days) to 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival, you will get back half of the amount, minus an administration fee of 599, -.
• If canceled 2 weeks or less before arrival, no refund will be given.
• We recommend checking out your travel insurance to cover these costs if you do not have the opportunity to come due to illness or other unfortunate circumstances.

In case of changes of date or cabin within 1 hour from original booking, we can change this completely free of charge. In the event of changes to the date or cabin over 1 hour from the original booking, there will be an administration fee of 599, -.
